We are happy to offer Free shipping and insurance to our customers within Australia and to every country in the world! Your unstretched painting will be packaged professionally and shipped out in a mailing tube. Any additional paintings will be sent rolled up with the existing painting at no extra cost.

All orders within Australia will be despatched within 48 hours with our shipping partners of our choice to all street addresses within Australia. Delivery time will vary between 1-5 days depending on delivery destination after payment has been cleared.

Orders to an Australian Postal Box will be sent via Australia Post and will take between 4-6* business days.

Large paintings (longer than 1 metre) cannot be posted to PO Boxes .

No customs duties and charges are applicable to packages sent within Australia.

Delivery must be to a residential or business address as a signature is required for proof of delivery.

Once your Parcel is dispatched, you will be notified via an email with a tracking number and delivery details

Orders to all countries other than Australia will be safely wrapped and packaged and ready for dispatch within 48 hours with either Australia Post or by the courier of our choice and should arrive between 10-14* business days after payment has been confirmed.

There may be unforeseen circumstances at the destination or within the freight company that we have no control over. Please contact us if you are concerned at all regarding the shipment of your order.

Please be aware that customs duties vary from country to country so please contact your local customs office to find out whether duties are payable. You may contact the relevant Customs Office to determine whether duties are payable or use an online import duty and tax calculator. For purchases made within Australia, sales tax must be paid and is already included in the price.

For purchases made from outside Australia (or to be delivered outside of Australia) the GST tax component of 10% will be deducted at checkout so the final purchase price will be less than the actual prices on the website.

All items will be fully insured against loss or damage. Please notify us immediately if the item does not arrive in the specified time period or arrives in a damaged state.

Please keep all damaged boxes, packaging and items as the freight company may wish to inspect them and return the items to us. Once the damage has been confirmed we will offer you a refund, repair or exchange.

All prices on our website are quoted in Australian dollars. If you purchase a product using a credit card then the charge shown on your credit card statement will be determined by your bank or Credit Card Company.

You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number. Information about any backordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email. (You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on "Order History" to review order status and to obtain a tracking number.)

If there is no one available to sign for the delivery, then a card will be left in your mailbox advising you to contact and collect your parcel from our freight suppliers.
